Peddars Way done for another year
Peddars Way Ultra came and went Saturday with me running a little bonus 2 miles giving me a time of 10:01 for 50 miles. A great race. If it's not on your list for 2018 and you are thinking about ultras it should be.
Recovery has gone well. A decent soak in the bath, plenty of fluid and clean food, icing, self myofascial release work on my hamstrings and lower legs, some stretching and a couple of decent hour long walks with the dogs.
Onwards to the next one. Winter Poppyline 50 miler in February.
