Next week I start a diet!
Next week sees me embarking on a two week diet. It’s a science experiment, a lesson in common sense and a process designed to show everyone that diets really don’t work. The diet I’m going on is extreme and it’s not something I’m looking forward to. I’m already half way there!!! Most people who go on diets don’t like being on them because they find them restrictive. Talk more about that next week. For now though I’m going to enjoy my food as always and get ready for my race in Scotland at the weekend.
