Marathon plan about to kick off?

So your training is about to start for Manchester or Brighton marathon and your plan may look a little daunting. Make a mental note now that you may not hit all your sessions as life will get in the way along the way. Don't beat yourself up about that but don't use not going out on a planned run as an excuse to miss the one after that and then the one after that and so on. Don't even think about quitting. You've got this. Listen to your body. Work hard.
