One day at a time

So day one of February on the plan is done and you may well have sat there tonight with your calendar and counted down the days to your race.

Some advice would be that you need to stop doing that and focus on getting a decent nights sleep tonight and then focus on tomorrow when tomorrow comes only. One day at a time.

No junk miles, no crappy pointless sessions. Just out and out quality.

Make it count. Don't wish away the training. Embrace it.
