Taping can be an important tool to begin the work of correcting imbalance, aiding recovery or fast tracking lymphatic drainage. As a qualified Kinesio taping specialist JRSTT use tape to do all of these things.
It's important that you understand what you are trying to achieve before you tape as it can be counter productive and not understanding that important fact can be wholly counterproductive.
Whilst JRSTT use taping in sessions it is also possible to book in solely to be taped before an event. Whether this be piece of mind or part of your ongoing recovery, it has proved a great add on to the JRSTT offering and many people have benefitted from the service.
Taping only sessions are £15 by appointment only.
