CTS Endurance Life Suffolk Core Club Take Over Today

PB's, new distances, great runs and just loads of Core Clubbers was the outcome of today's CTS Coastal Series race up at Dunwich.

I ran with website genius Carla Wiggins who ticked off her furthest distance to date as well as a half hour 50k PB. Rosie Barrack and Gary Baker also PB'd, Tim Newton won his age category, Steve Shaw supported Wendy Cook on her first marathon distance, Nick Jarrold ran his first Ultra, lots of others ran so well and others were brilliant supporting on checkpoints.
