Unbelievable shift from you lot today whether you ran, walked, supported at an aid station, out on the course or finish or supported from afar.

With regard to the races, if you didn’t get what you wanted today, know this. You turned up.

So many didn’t. That sets you apart and I’d take every single one of you into battle, I’d take every single one of you into a race on my team. You’re all that good.

With regard to the aid stations, so many positive comments and so much feedback about how good CP3, CP6 and the Finish area were. So proud of you all, really am.

This group is so humbling. You are all incredible humans.
