Hello and Welcome
Welcome to John Reynolds' website!
My name is John Reynolds (JR) and I am a functional movement and rehabilitation expert, based in Woodbridge, serving the Eastern region, Woodbridge, Ipswich and the surrounding geography. Through my work, I help people live life without pain or disfunction. In my spare time I am an avid runner, climber, canoeist and rugby coach, and love spending time in the great outdoors with my two spaniels Ruby and Tommy.

My work covers form and multi-directional movement biomechanics, injury assessment and rehab, remedial and sports massage, postural assessment, one-to-one coaching, and pitch-side support.
I also work with the Core Club Online community to prevent injury through developing capabilities around balance, posture, mobility, range of motion, form, footfall, strength and conditioning.
Core Club Online is a life's work. Core Club Online is movement not exercise. Please take a look at the Core Club Online tab to find out more.
I have studied extensively and my qualifications are recognised nationally and in many other countries as well. They enable me as a functional movement specialist to practice independently and also to obtain full comprehensive insurance cover.
I am also a Level 4 Qualified Kinesiology Taping Specialist, am Pitch Side First Aid/Trauma and AED qualified. I hold coaching qualifications in a variety of sports and work with athletes from professional level through to new to sport.
