Hello and Welcome
My name is John Reynolds (JR) and I live and work in Ipswich and the surrounding Eastern region and also London on an adhoc basis. I am a keen runner and spend as much time as I can in my trail shoes.
I am a functional movement and injury rehabilitation specialist, actively involved in sport in the community at both grassroots and higher level.

My work covers form and multi-directional movement biomechanics, injury assessment and rehab, remedial and sports massage, postural assessment, one-to-one coaching, and pitch-side support.
I also work with the Core Club community to prevent injury through developing capabilities around balance, posture, form, footfall, strength and conditioning.
Core Club is a life's work. Core Club is movement not exercise. Please take a look at the Core Club tab to find out more.
I have studied extensively and my qualifications are recognised nationally and in many other countries as well. They enable me as a functional movement specialist to practice independently and also to obtain full comprehensive insurance cover.
I am also a Level 4 Qualified Kinesiology Taping Specialist as well as being Pitch Side First Aid/Trauma and AED qualified.
