This 10 session pack is designed to meet the needs of individuals who are keen to physically develop their legs and the power that they can generate. The sessions are challenging and tough in equal measures and draw on both the fundamentals of the speed development and endurance packs. Clients should remember that running is a whole body movement and should also schedule time for upper body and limb work alongside anything they do in this regard.
All sessions are at The Lab and are to be taken either weekly or fortnightly in a 10 session block.
The course has homework attached to ensure maximum development opportunities and should be replicated moving forward.
