JRSTT Booking and Cancellation

Terms and Conditions

 

By booking a session, course, or event with JRSTT, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be made via the JRSTT website or arranged directly via email.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received and a confirmation email has been sent.

 

2. Cancellations by the Client

  • If you need to cancel, please do so in writing via email.

  • Cancellations made:

    • More than 14 days before the start date: Full refund or option to transfer to another session or date.

    • 7–14 days before: 50% refund.

    • Less than 7 days before: No refund, unless your place can be filled.

  • Refunds are not given for missed sessions or non-attendance.

 

3. Transfers

  • Clients may request to transfer their booking to a different date (subject to availability).

  • Transfers must be requested at least 7 days in advance.

  • Only one transfer is allowed per booking.

 

4. Cancellations by JRSTT

  • In the unlikely event that JRSTT needs to cancel or reschedule, clients will be offered:

    • A full refund, or

    • A transfer to another available session or course.

  • JRSTT is not responsible for any other costs incurred (e.g., travel or accommodation).

 

5. Liability

  • JRSTT accepts no liability for the loss of or damage to personal property during sessions.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring they are fit and able to take part in any physical activity involved.

 

6. Code of Conduct

  • JRSTT reserves the right to refuse or terminate a session with any client whose behaviour is deemed disruptive or unsafe.

  • No refund will be issued in such cases.

 

7. Photography & Media

  • Occasionally, JRSTT may take photos or videos for promotional use. If you prefer not to appear in any images, please notify us in advance.

 

8. Data Protection

  • All client information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

 

9. Illness Policy

  • If you are unwell or experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness, please do not attend in person.

  • Let us know as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to offer a transfer where available, particularly if notified at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Refunds due to illness are not guaranteed but may be offered at our discretion.

  • If illness occurs during a session, JRSTT may ask the client to leave to ensure the wellbeing of others.

  • For longer courses, we cannot offer partial refunds for missed sessions due to illness.
