Happy New Year - Remember not everything may be in the training plan...

Happy New Year to you all. I hope 2016 brings you everything you hope for.

I am seeing loads and loads of marathon training plan blogs as you'd imagine at this time of year and can't get over how few of them talk about nutrition, stretching, recovery and massage. Please remember that you need to look after your body people as you won't be able to run your marathon without it.
