Stop it!


Saw lots of people this week and as you'd expect a lot of talk about marathon and half marathon training and plans.

The little demons are starting to surface and whisper in runners ears about now. That's normal. So if you're on a half or marathon programme especially in unchartered waters, be it your first half or marathon distance or you're training for a magic time bound number, do ONE THING for yourself this weekend.

Make a pact with yourself, your partner, family, run friends who are in this with you. Do these five things, commit to them. THIS WEEKEND.

Print this off and stick it on the fridge next to your plan. Then let's be done with any negativity and go smash the fuck out of this great thing that you are about to do.

Why number five? Your runs need to benefit you and YOUR goal. We are all different, an experiment of one. You're putting in the miles and the time. Make those miles quality not junk.
