Pull those magic pants on

Lots of wobbles on run plans going on. People thinking they are not good enough, body not strong enough, legs not fast enough, others better than them. So what is the common denominator? Yes, that's right. Your HEAD. So what to do... Well a friend of mine has some magic pants and he always puts these on when he runs. If you are feeling it a bit then it's time you mentally or physically invested in a pair and stopped listening to the little voice on your shoulder that wants you to sit on the sofa and eat crisps and drink beer. There will be time for that. But not now. Let's go!
