Self belief


To all those on the bench. This is for you.

You can and you will chase down your dreams if you work hard at your rehab and keep your eyes firmly on the prize.

Sitting around moping won't do you or anyone around you any good. You are better than that. Do not let an injury define you.

It may feel like a long road but time will pass. What are you doing to get better? Just sitting and waiting for time to pass or working hard like you do when you're not injured?

If it's the former you and your friends know you're better than that.

C'mon. Let's go!
