Be brave

Saw a guy yesterday for a regular check who is really feeling the enormity of VLM and how far he has to run. He's got the option to defer but he's done all the training, it just feels like a long way. It is a long way, especially when you consider he's been running less than 6 months. Time is not important although we have a plan and he will continue to train for it and go for it on the day. The key is he's prepared to put himself on the start line despite the overwhelming feeling of nausea that will hit him because of the size of the task ahead. That's bravery. On the 23rd April he will become a legend. Proud of you bud. Keep working hard, keep believing. If you see someone training for something, say "well done". They deserve every encouragement and it costs nothing but means everything, believe me.
