Meet the feet of Simon Turnbull. A month ago he was in real pain with his achilles and was heavily over pronating which was part of the problem.
He's worked incredibly hard to build muscle in his feet and develop both arches. As the photos show he now has arches! This has been achieved through strength and conditioning exercises and temporary taping techniques.
He's running again and even talking about playing rugby next season.
Proof right there that you can achieve a better outcome with hard work and dedication. Well done that man!
