Branding... read the labels
Beware of the packaging. Just because it looks like it is good for you doesn't mean it is. You really need to read the small print and check the contents and even then you need to be able to work it out for yourself. The food industry and retailers really are leading people down the garden path. A friend of my lad was drinking this product last weekend as I'm sure his Mum thought it a good idea and a good way of helping him improve his diet. Nothing wrong with that. I picked it up and checked out the contents. In one 750 ml bottle there is a jaw dropping twenty one (yes I did say 21) tea spoons of sugar would you believe!!! That's a whopping 84 grams of sugar. Can you imagine having 21 tea spoons of sugar in your morning cup of tea or coffee? And we wonder why we have an obesity epidemic in this country. Oh the irony of the brand name!
