Don't doubt yourself

I spent time with a young superstar in the making last night who quoted this back at me as she'd lifted off this page and printed out to put on her wall in her bedroom. It's so true. Trust your support team, train right, fuel right, rest right. Don't think about the stuff that might go wrong, focus on the things you need to go well and believe that you can and will deliver.
