The second winner of the Pay It Forward Initiative that recognises people who go above and beyond for others is announced today. If you're unaware of how this works, this award recognises those that regularly volunteer at events so that others can participate. They do this willingly without wanting recognition and are regular volunteers. Serial volunteers even. So it gives me great pleasure to announce the winner of the second award as Rachel Dixey. Rachel is an RD and volunteer at Ipswich Kesgrave Park Run, as well as volunteering with Samaritans among many other things. Well done Rachel.
