Pain free?

Morning sports fans... Interesting that so many people I initially work with associate exercise with pain when we first talk. A necessary evil even. Getting rid of pain and learning to listen to it and tune into it, is something we can all learn how to do. From there, if you stop viewing exercise as a punishment and start seeing it as a celebration, well who knows where you could take it. There are many ways to get to the party.
