How good are you?

It really doesn't matter how old you are. You can always be working on you to create a better physical version of yourself. What do I mean by better physical version? Pain free, better posture, better balance, better strength. The list goes on. You can work on this at any age and you don't need gym memberships or loads of kit to do it. You might be of an age where traditionally people tell you it's time to start winding things down. That does not have to be the case. Buck some trends.
