Build those team bonds

Photo of the weekend for me. A group of young men who continue on their rugby journey together, looking out for one another, sticking together and continuing to build their group bonds. Clubs are important and all the people that make up the fabric of a club are equally so. Sometimes this gets lost and divisions appear and people feel compromised. Joining a new set up can be daunting, it can be scary even. If you’re part of a set up and you see someone new or even someone you’ve never spoken to before, go say hi at training this week. Believe me it will be worth it for you and them. Do more. Look after each other 👊🤓 #LookAfterYourBody
