Trails are where it is at for me

As the mornings are getting lighter and the evenings starting to draw out, it is clear Spring is on the way. Having lived in climes where nothing changes day after day, we are truly lucky to have the seasons as we do. Trail running gives me an extra privilege as it brings me so close to what’s really going on in the world free of charge. I love running trails especially at this time of year as it affords me an opportunity to wear my head torch for extended periods. We are extremely fortunate to have some beautiful trails in this part of the UK. There are also some cracking trail races planned in the year ahead. Give trails a go.
