Beth & Rosie Bag 110 Miles at STF2021

Beth and Rosie ran in the 24 hour pairs race at STF2021 this wend and bagged 110 miles between them to come in 1st ladies pair and 2nd overall. These two have worked so hard to develop their running mindsets over the years and are now on a different level as a result.

It was so great to see them both out on the course having so much fun.
