Core Club Online. It's a Family Affair...

Rosie and daughter Esmé out for a six miler this morning to celebrate Esmé's 16th birthday . Since the Covid pandemic started things have changed for so many people. Some of it good, some of it not so.

One of the better things is Esmé joining Mum Rosie at Core Club Online and her decision to build on that and start running. I've had the pleasure of running with them both over the last year along with Beth, Rosie's sister and Esme's Aunt. Core Club Online is for everyone. Age is just a number, movement is mandatory 👣
