Heading Up IRFC Colts On 5 Year Plan

Myself and my good friend Paul Hollis are now heading up Colts at IRFC over the next five years in an effort to deliver what we've been working on over the last 10 years into the adult teams. We have a blue print which we know works and we want nothing more than IRFC to become a talent ridden club that provides rugby for all abilities across all age groups, not just ours.
