Ingaret smashes her 7 Year Old Lakeland PB

Huge PB last weekend for Ingaret at Lakeland 50 in the Lake District. She completed it in 18:31:09, beating her PB from 2014 by 1:17:41. Great that she got to run with husband Andrew who dropped down from his normal 100 experience to see it home with her.

Ingaret has worked so hard at Core Club Online and Run Tech this past year and a bit and I'm just so pleased that all her hard work is paying off.
