Michelle Mitchell Wins 4 Golds at British Transplant Games Today
What a day Michelle Mitchell has had. Just had a message to say Gold again in the 400 metres and 1500 metres.
What a haul she’s picked up today. Gold in 200, 400, 800 and 1500 metres, the four events she entered.
We changed her training focus this year for the Worlds that are in Newcastle in August to go at more endurance based track events coming away from pure sprinting. Today she’s proved she can live at the sharp end regardless of track distance.
