U15 Rugby go Live with Online Training
This morning, 29 of our super U15 rugby lads plus parents, brothers and sisters took part in my first online session. It was superb to see so many of the lads at training. Not sure how many of us there were in total for the hour and a half that whistled by as we worked on balance and core stability.
Tomorrow night we go live with the Core Club crew.
Things may be different out there right now and the future is still very unclear but what is certain is that we won’t sit around moping.
