Classes are functional which is key to ongoing development. As humans we are cross lateral movers and this behaviour for us all starts in the womb. Babies learn to crawl and that is opposite arm, opposite leg so cross lateral driven.
Every movement pattern you perform is unique and is based upon your last movement pattern. Your brain and nervous system are tasked with split second decisions and the patterning you perform generally as an adult is poor.
So, rehabilitation is key and rehabilitation does not just mean injured. It can and does in this case mean inefficient.
