What you worried about?

Lots of people I meet seem to worry an awful lot about stuff that likely won't happen around potential injury. Obviously sometimes injury does happen but in the main it's generally always okay as people tend to work hard at rehab and strength and conditioning. Working hard on your core, balance, posture and strength will undoubtedly help your sport. Just doing your sport over and over will define any weakness. So take yourself out of a negative mindset and try to install a positive outlook. You'll get more done and you'll certainly run and perform free without any chance of adapting your anatomical pattern because you're listening to a little voice on your shoulder. If you think you are muscle tight or showing signs of an injury, get in touch for an MOT and let's get to the bottom of what's happening. #LookAfterYourBody
